Colloquio
I knew someone who worked at the company so they internally submitted my resume and cover letter. I was emailed to set up a time for a phone interview. The interview was very relaxed and lasted about thirty minutes. The interviewer was kind and honest about what they were looking for and took time to answer my questions. I think it was obvious by the end of the interview that weren't going to be a good fit for each other, but regardless it was one of the best interviews I've ever had.

4 interviews; all behavioral; no prior experience was necessary for the role. the number of interviews felt a bit excessive. good communication from recruiter throughout the process. i think there were just a lot of applicants and were being very tedious

It took 2 months - phone screening with a recruiter, interview with the hiring manager (the boss I would report to), interview with an attorney & paralegal, interview with an attorney & someone from accounting, and lastly -- meet & greet (with hiring manager) where I was given a tour of the office. Everyone was nice, and they asked a lot of different interview questions. They had follow ups on all of my answers, so they really do try to get a sense of you. It's important to show personality and let them know you would be a good cultural fit. They also look for answers where you show you would excel at teamwork and have strong problem solving skills. At the end, I ended up not getting an offer.

- You learn of a product you will launch in a week, but the license you need to acquire needs a month to process. What do you do?
o If there is a $100 penalty fee does that change your approach at all?
- What was a time it was hard to receive feedback?
- What was a time you wanted to quit and what did you do?
- Teach me something complicated in simple words in a few minutes
The interview process was pretty standard. I did an initial interview with a recruiter over the phone. I then moved on to a second interview. The second interview was also over the phone.
