The process took about two weeks, and within that time I had 6 interviews. The first was a screening interview with the recruiter, followed by 4 behavioural-style interviews, and finally a technical interview at the end. The technical interview was a bit more challenging, and it made me feel like I was being put on the spot. It involved explaining a complex idea or subject area that I had covered in college, and involved assessing how I could communicate this, as well as my response to being put on the spot. I heard back from the recruiter within a week to say whether I had gotten the job.
