Was applying for another position, and asked for internal referral to swe role. After a few weeks, recruiter hooked me up with swe phone screen. Phone screen was just a simple leetcode question, see below.

The whole process was remote. I was referred by a friend who works here.

2. Chat with hiring manager (behavioral questions)
3. Coding Question on hacker rank
4. System Design question - interviewer didn't turn on camera, said very little throughout the process
The recruiter told me that they had been slow in making a decision, that they will get back to me. They never got back to me.

Tell me about a time that you made a mistake. How did you handle it?
First step is recriuter screen. Then 45 min technical with a software engineer, final round is 90 min technical and 30 min behavioral. They will have you schedule them on a web service called goodtime. Interviewer was very friendly.
