The recruiter initially reached out to me. I responded promptly since I had heard many good things about Qualtrics, but I did not hear back from the recruiter for weeks at a time. Each correspondence took an unusually long amount of time, especially since I am a recruiter. They eventually wanted to interview me and I met with 5 different people- every recruiter there and the leadership. Each interview seemed to go really well, and several of them told me I was exactly what they were looking for. I have all the experience and requirements the job description asked for. This is why when I received an email that they were moving forward with other candidates, I was shocked and felt that my time was completely wasted.
