The interview process was chaotic and unprofessional. The first interview was via phone (not Zoom), and the interviewer was traveling to a meeting while we spoke. S/he was focused on the commute and traffic and therefore didn't seem focused on my responses to the interview questions. Nonetheless, I was advanced to the next stage and invited to speak with the team leader. That interview was scheduled a week in advance. One hour before the interview I received a frantic telephone call from the recruiter asking if I could move the interview by 30 minutes. I agreed, and then when that interview was scheduled to begin, I was asked to once again postpone the conversation for several hours. The team leader and I finally connected and rather than focus the conversation on my skills and accomplishments, he was stuck with the fact that I had three jobs in six years - at the beginning of my career, which was over 15 years ago. He continued to interrupt me during the conversation and then abruptly cut the conversation short by saying, "I know all I need to know about you. Someone will be in touch." He then hung up, without thanking me for my time. All around, a very unpleasant experience.

Why did you change jobs so frequently early in your career?
The process included interviews with a recruiter, the hiring manager, a peer, and a final round, where I answered questions about my reactions in client-facing situations under realistic professional pressure.

Interviewed for Sydney, CSM/CSMAssociate role.
Went through 3 rounds.
First round: With the recruiter, very lovely and asked standard questions
Second round: With a senior team member. This interview went well and they said with my experience, I'd be more aligned to the CSM (not assoc.) role.
Third round: With the manager, in-person. He was 20 mins late to collect me from the lobby before the interview started. He explained to me that the role has now changed and they're looking for someone technical. Within 15 mins of the interview, he told me I was not a right fit due to the role change.
Going from being told I would suit better to a senior role to then being rejected on the spot in an in-person interview was brutal. They really made my come in for an interview for a job that didn't exist. Truly dodged a bullet, good riddance.

Asked about technical experience, why qualtrics, tell me about yourself.
Recruiter interview then 4 rounds of interviews. Starts with hiring manager, then cross functional, then a values (TACOS) interview and finally an interview with the department leader. Mostly situational questions where they expect you to draw from examples about a time you did XYZ.
