Colloquio
A recruiter from Qualtrics called me asking if I would be interested in a career with Qualtrics. After the initial screening interview they setup an appointment for an interview in their office. It was a little more difficult than most interviews, but it was super relaxed and felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. I got an email the next day saying they wanted to move me to the next step in the interview. The final step was a phone interview with one of their top dogs in Dublin, Ireland (Dan Watkins). Similar to the office interviews, Dan was very professional and extremely nice!
The interview process is long and involved, but for a good reason. They want to make sure you're a good fit for the company and that that Qualtrics is a good fit for you. They invest a lot in their employees so they want to make sure they hire the right people from the beginning.

Domanda 1
What's the most strategic thing you've done in your life?
The process was a phone call screening with a recruiter, a Skype conference call with two team leads, and a digitally recorded HireVue interview. I also later submitted IQ test results and did a phone interview with two more team leads.

Quick phone interview, got to know me and my background. Felt super comfortable the entire time. Was offered to schedule an in-person interview.
Went to the office, met with 4 people back-to-back-to-back. Asked a lot of the same questions, but made me feel confident the entire time. Asked a lot questions about my intelligence, i.e. College GPA, ACT Score (I graduated college 5 years ago, so my ACT score is 13 years old by now). 'If you're in a room with 4 other people, where do you rank yourself as far as intelligence?' 'How would you determine a persons IQ without an IQ test?' Received a phone call later that day to schedule a final interview.
Final interview was over the phone and again I was very comfortable, not intimidated. Asked a few of the same questions I'd already been asked, but overall this was much more focused on questions I had about the role.
I was offered a position a few days later. The whole process was very quick and they communicated everything very well the whole time.
