After submitting a resume and cover letter online, and having a positive recommendation from someone who works for the company, I received an email from a recruiter to set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview was about 15-20 minutes. She asked some questions about my resume and background, and told me about the company. The recruiter then set up an interview for me to meet with the finance department in person. I was warmly greeted right away, given a cool T-shirt and a candy bar, and a tour of the awesome facilities. Then I was taken into a room and interviewed by the Corporate Controller for about 20 minutes. Then, he left and I had a peer interview with 2 people who currently have the job I was applying for. All the interviewers made me feel comfortable and at ease, the questions were reasonable and nothing was out of left field. It was a pleasant experience. However, I didn't make it past the first in-person interview.
