The whole process took a month from the online application to getting the offer. The scientists I talked to were professional and passionate about their work, and showed interest in my previous experience.

I had previously emailed my CV to an email address I found on their website expressing interest in any summer experience as no positions were advertised online. They got in touch a few months later to organise an hour long telephone interview with a few members of staff.
