Interview process was very long, it went for nearly 2 months. I was into Round 4 (final round) which was with Conversational AI practice head from Canada, scheduled at 11:30 PM IST on Friday, I confirmed as process was taking too long, thought of closing it at the earliest possible. All of a sudden, Friday morning got a cancellation on mail, HR did not have courtesy to call and communicate the same. When I called and asked, response was it got filled internally as we did not have budget. This is the same question I asked at the beginning of an interview process, they tackled it by saying Quantiphi pays well. Worst experience ever, confused and weak HRs.

Very well aligned, the HR communicated the ask and timelines perfectly, good transparency maintained throughout the process. Negotiation was hard but eventually turned out to be good upon several rounds

3 Rounds, Past experience related. Brief technical skills. More personality and interpersonal skills based. The first and Second rounds are probably taken by junior resources. Final round by the Dept head. Post that couple of HR rounds based on salary and culture fit.
