It was a streamlined process and I got onboard very quickly, the Hr was superfast from asking me to upload documents to releasing the offer letter. They also onboard me very quickly the day after I received the offer letter.

moreover the process went smooth and th interview was not that much tough

It was very cumbersome, Technical round was done and I was asked to wait for Salary discussion but the HR didn't come back. After almost a month's time the HR again scheduled time with the manager and again there was no communication after the meet. After 3 weeks time they rolled the offer.
