The place usually auto-hires you (at least when I was interviewed). I had a friend interview and get the job instantly, so I decided to try it out and was hired on the spot as well. The interview process is very simple and casual; they asked about your history and future aspirations (pursuing Master's, etc.) If you have more experience with ABA, then the pay may increase, or else everyone started at around $11-12. My friend, who had a degree in English, was even hired without hesitation.

The interviewer (the recruiter) provided every information needed. It was short, yet precise. Maybe it would be better if they switch to Zoom interviews rather than talking on the phone.
