Totally ridiculous, trying to get me to act and say weird things with odd psyche questions. They don't/wont even look at your resume or application the first interview, just the stupid psyche questions and rebuffed if you start to ask specifics of the opportunity. Hog wash. There are other interviews, 2-3 total, and the whole experience is quite weird.

They see if your a fit with their culture FIRST BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE...and I mean anything. Thery dont even look at your resume or talk about your experience. The first interview is a bunch of wacky psych personality questions that determine if they want to deal with you as a person. If you dont pass that, then you dont get an interview to talk about your experience.
