Interview process was professional and engaging. Expectations were set prior to each stage of process, professionally conducted, and timely. From my first interview I knew that Quantum Metric is a special organization and the place for me in my journey as a professional.

I interviewed with a recruiter and she’s rude since she laughed at my answer. I don’t think she really understood what I said though. If this represents your company, don’t go.

There were three rounds until you meet c-suite. It started with normal interviews, presentation, and meeting with a team lead. It was a relatively quick process and communication was good.

A lot of stages! Friendly people and eager to explain and to question, but there were a lot of stages and even a bulky task. Everything is remote so I did speak to quite a few people online, but I didn’t fully understand what all their relevance is, as some were in completely different departments.
