Had an initial screening and received a code challenge the same week. They ghosted me for two weeks until I reached out to figure out what the hold up was. Then I had to reach out again a week later. They finally followed up and said they were looking for someone with a different background- they hadn't even bothered to look at my code challenge.

I met with a recruiter initially, followed by a hiring manager and staff software engineer. Next came a live code challenge, then a meeting with the SVP of Engineering. The final step was meeting with the CEO.

Other than normal technical questions, they asked about my experience and how I got in to tech.
Several rounds with different Engineering people. Increasing levels of difficulty. Relatively easy challenges, and they are very helpful with answers to any questions you have during it. Nice people, was not scary.

First spoke with a recruiter (30 minute phone call). Then 45 minute Zoom with hiring manager. Completed the take home assignment in a week, then spoke with 2 engineers about it in the technical interview (1.5 hour Zoom). Then spoke with the VP of engineering (45 minute Zoom) and finally the CEO (30 minute phone call).
