      Colloquio per Technical Project Manager

      3 mar 2026
      Dipendente anonimo
      München, Bavaria
      Offerta accettata
      Esperienza positiva
      Colloquio difficile

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Quantum-Systems (München, Bavaria) nel mese di gen 2026

      Colloquio

The Interview process was intense, efficient and in-depth as it covered my broad knowledge, experience and mindset with questions in my technical & hard skills up to my soft-skills such as communication, team-work and motivation. I had 1 HR Interview and 3 technical interviews (the first was online with the hiring manager, and the next two were on-site with the technical manager as well as the CEO and the other head department engineers). The HR Interview was very friendly and welcoming as it was a general "get-to-know-each other" discussion. Important info about the company, the future challenges and opportunities and the general status were given as well as my background and my experience were shortly presented. As far as the technical interviews the atmosphere was friendly and the spirit cooperative. During the questions and answers of the technical interview the hiring manager and engineers showed professionalism and didn't hesitate to reformulate questions or help me to answer challenging questions with further information. My CV got analyzed and explained during the interview rounds but a lot of role-specific questions and real-case tasks where given to me to solve and present/reply either with words or with some diagrams on the whiteboard in front of my hiring manager and my future colleagues. For me, these role-specific questions were a great example of my real day-by-day tasks as i got to understand the nature of this role. After all, this transparent examination of my skills directly on the role made me confident as well as my decision to accept the offer easier.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

As this position is a combination of a technical expert in the field of batteries and chargers and a PM, the 3 tech. interviews had a part of technical in-depth questions as well as a part of time-project-resources-problem management questions. I would say that the technical questions covered pretty much everything on the initial job description of LinkedIn, with the explanation of the BMS circuit and the cell monitoring, the packaging of the cells, the mechanical design of housings, the materials, the charger electrical circuits etc. The PM questions consisted of time-estimations of processes or tasks, explanation of design flows, sketching of Gantt diagrams of battery pack production as well as a lot of decision-making and change-management work. Also here a wide variety of questions about classical PM as well as systems and requirements engineering in the field of ESS and chargers were covered.
