The hiring process took almost 1 month and involved 4 rounds, yet the overall experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend applying to this company. First, I received an email for assessments. After clearing those, I was asked to complete a recorded video interview. Then they scheduled a WhatsApp call just to speak with their HR team. After that, there was no response for an entire week. Only after multiple follow-ups did they finally schedule a 15-minute interview with one of their so-called seniors, where only very basic questions were asked. Two days later, I received a task assignment. The task was simple and honestly had nothing to do with the BA role or actual responsibilities. Still, I completed it properly, provided detailed insights, and submitted quality work. After that, they completely ghosted me. At this point, it genuinely felt like they were facing some internal issues and were simply looking for free consultation or free work from candidates. I am completely fine with rejection. Not every opportunity works out, and that’s understandable. But after investing so much time and effort across multiple rounds, the least a company can do is provide a response or basic feedback. Even after repeated follow-ups, there was absolutely no communication. I simply wanted to understand my mistakes so I could improve for future opportunities.
