The overall process is okay. The hiring manager is very nice and patient. We discuss about how to build the test lab and what equipment may be purchased in the future. However, no one replies me after the interview. No comments at all. The manager has been alone for the company for many years. No any new battery test engineer is found from the linkedin after the job posting for about a year. It seems that the company did not give enough resource (lab and money) to the team for a long time. Do not what happen to the team and the company.
