I was interviewed by two individuals: a Test Automation Engineer and a Backend Developer. The Test Automation Engineer led most of the questioning, which accounted for about 90% of the interview. However, I noticed that many of the questions were poorly phrased or incorrectly framed, which led to some confusion. I chose not to correct them to avoid potentially offending anyone. This experience left me feeling that the interview process was somewhat unfair, as it seemed that the decision-makers lacked the experience and knowledge necessary to fully assess my capabilities. It was disappointing to receive a rejection after putting in so much effort, especially when it felt like the evaluation was conducted by someone less experienced in the field.
