It was a process in which we were talked to alot to find out communication skills. Where they kept on making us undergo scenarios with customers and they would observe how we'll deal with certain scenarios and certain customers.

I interviewed with Quess for a recruitment position, and the experience started off well. However, things took a turn after the interviewer, Judecia, learned about my current salary. She became dismissive, questioned my experience in a condescending manner, and made unprofessional remarks about my appearance before ending the call. Such behavior from someone at her level was disappointing and left a lasting negative impression. I expected a more respectful and professional process from a company like Quess.
Interview process was good and smooth.Came in and not much waiting time. attended the interview and got call in evening stating that I was selected. After that release of offer and salary negotiations continued
