I applied online directly through their website. 4-5 days later I received an email asking me to set up a time for a phone interview, that was scheduled 4 days later. Phone interview took about 15 -20 minutes and there were about 6 or 7 questions. She said she was passing my answers along to the hiring manager and they'd get back to me in 7 - 10 days if they chose to continue. One day later I received an email stating they they were impressed and were interested in an in-person interview. Exactly one week later, I received a phone call asking me to pick a day and time for the interview. It was on a Thursday (the call) and I picked the following Tuesday. The interview took about 30 minutes with a typing test included. She asked me another 6-7 questions and then answered all questions that I had. It was very professional but it was a relaxed environment and attitude from the woman interviewing me.
