First they employ an overseas recruiting company to do the legwork for them out of laziness or whatever. Then it's blah blah what was your last employment and why did you leave your last employer. And despite jumping through all the hoops and being highly qualified, you don't get the job anyway. I swear this company just likes to play off people.

As stated above, discuss previous employment and dates and reasons for leaving. Whatever their methodology, they appear to expect perfection like absolute primadonnas or something. Give off a nasty vibe of pretense and chicanery. Watch out.
