It was a good standard 30-minute interview about my qualifications, the work hours, culture, and what are expected of me. The person who interviewed me was nice and direct. He showed me around the main laboratory and explained each step of the process of drug-testing. The people were really nice.

Interview process was pretty easy, it began with a phone call and a couple email exchanges, next a visit to the company site. A short 45min overview of job roles and expectations as well as various background checks.

Applied online (typical process and verification), then was invited to an in-person interview with the department supervisors. Very transparent and enthusiastic. Asked the typical questions about experience and expectations. Were very thorough with explaining the training process, benefits, etc.

Simple questions not even related to the job. Primarily personality overviews, as the will train you 100%. The process lasted for about 20 minutes. Then I was shown around the lab.
