I worked for a UTC Aerospace Systems site through Quest.
The interview process was very easy. Someone found my information online and contacted me. I met my would be supervisor and another coworker at a local coffee shop. The interview took probably 30 minutes and was vary laid back. Went over my past experiences and their relation to the position.
From accepting the offer I had to wait a little over a month until I started at the beginning of January (2017), most likely due to holiday pay.

It was a friendly and easy interview. Had a group discussion after the first-round preliminary test and finally the interview. Question was from basics of C and few algorithms like bubble sort etc..

So the hiring process was with in the college campus organized by the placement department. It was a single day process. The first round was with the written aptitutde test. Then the second round was with a group discussion. The third round was with personal interview

Short and nice as the manager that was hiring at the time was empathetic and sincere. Had two interviews with the company and got the role, no tests or anything.
