Applied online. Got a phone call and basic phone interview. Request for in-person interview followed. I had to prepare a technical presentation (they advised one from a school project), answer behavioral interview questions, and some technical questions (GD&T, manufacturing processes, engine diagrams, CAD, structures). Shadowed an engineer for about 30-45 minutes. Never heard back from them again despite repeated emails and calls.

Very fast and clear hiring process. Explained everything clearly, both HR team and technical supervisors. I can say that I was fully satisfied and I would recommend to other people

Interview went fine, good questions for the specific background and some were not easy to answer because of the hard difficulty that they had. Also was not sure of the outcome of the interview as i had to wait for a feedback.
