I applied directly via the company website after seeing the vacancy on LinkedIn and a few weeks later I received an email in mid july on 24th asking me if I were available for an interview over the coming days. I agreed to have the interview the next day. I felt the interview went ok and I was able to talk through experience as well as what I was doing currently. After the interview I asked what the next stage of the recruitment process was and I was told that the next stage would be a short assessment followed by a presentation with one of the senior members of staff and overall the process would take 3 weeks. After my interview I heard nothing until 3 weeks later a 9pm an email came through informing me that my application had been unsuccessful with no feedback or reference to my initial interview, It was 20 minutes of my life I'm not going to get back.
