I applied online for Quest Las Vegas in May 2017. I received a call back a few days later for a phone interview. After passing that, I was invited for an in person interview. Worst interview experience of my life! First, they were about 20 minutes late in getting started. I was brought into a room and given 4 different assessments (Typing, Google Maps, Intelligence and a Role playing exercise). After the assessments, I was brought onto the floor to complete ANOTHER personality assessment, that was about 75 questions long. I was left on my own and was not given instructions on what to do once I was finished with my personality assessment, so I sat there in confusion for another 10 minutes. Eventually, a man came out and said to follow him into his office. Never introduced himself to me and was extremely unprofessional the entire time. After I sat down in his office, he kept fidgeting with his computer. I waited 25 minutes for him to figure out what he was doing, all the while he is banging on his computer and yelling, "C'mon! You've got to be kidding me!" I just sat there in silence for a while before asking if he'd like to reschedule. Of course he said no, so I had to wait out the computer issues. Once we did get started, he asked a few basic questions, but was completely rude and unprofessional the entire time. He talked about himself way too much and provided unnecessary information that has nothing to do with the position. He proceeded to tell me how horrible other call centers are in the area, and disclosed that many of his employees leave to go elsewhere!! Why would you tell a potential employee these things?!? Nonetheless, I was offered the position at the end of our almost 3 hour meeting. When I went back to receive the offer letter and drug screening information, they said nothing about making an appointment at the lab for the urine test. I showed up at the lab and was told I'd have to wait over 2 hours to be seen. Since I had another interview with a different company that afternoon, I decided not to waste anymore time on Quest and left the lab to participate in the other company's interview. I was offered another position with them and I couldn't be happier that I dodged that bullet.
