Initial interview then second interview and hired subsequent to that. Provided adequate training for the position, goals and expectations were made clear and they were reasonable. First interview was after the initial review by their H R department. Three people were in attendance. Second interview was the same plus 2 more which didn't contribute but it was comfortable and adequate.
