I applied via Handshake and was contacted within a couple hours of submission by the CEO. We talked for about an hour about the direction of the company. He was very open to my ideas. A few days later, I interviewed over the phone with the CEO and received an offer.

Standard interview with behavioral questions and a few couple quantitative questions that tested thinking on your feet and your reasoning abilities, nothing too difficult. Just do normal prep and you will be fine.

I applied online and then get interviewed. The interview was not very technical and most of the questions are behavior questions. So it is easy for anyone to get this job I guess.
