Applied...received call next day...she schedule interview. Went to interview a day later. Came in...took test and the did interview. He asked why I wanted the job and what my availability would be. Told me pretty much then that I got the job and scheduled me for my orientation. Went to orientation on Friday and I start my training on Tues. So it’s a pretty quick process.

Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
