Interviewed for the position as a more than qualified candidate. The owner's portion of the interview was awkward and he seemed very aggressive. I wasn't in need of leaving my current position, so I was not at all unhappy with not being selected. I think it's very important that the vibe someone gets from owner/CEO/leadership aligns with themselves.
