I interviewed with 2 hr employees and then 2 designers. They asked questions about why I would want to work there, what I think about Quirky, etc. In the interview you'll go through whole portfolio with questions. Be familiar with who they are, what they make, their philosophies, etc. Make sure to have loads of questions to ask when you go in. It'll leave a good impression.

The interview process for me was short and sweet. The initial phone call lasted less than thirty minutes, and I was told that I would have an offer shortly thereafter. Quirky wants to get to know you on a person level, so they ask questions about what YOU want to get out of the experience.
