I finished the coding challenge of 4 questions and after a week the recruiter set up a 30 min informational phone interview with me. All behaviour questions. I think the next step is onsite.

Applied via career fair. I got a phone screen at first with basic behavioral questions and everything was looking great. Sounds like an awesome company doing cool things. Next, a technical phone screen where I wasn't sure what to expect. Glassdoor led me to believe it would be all algorithm questions, but I was wrong.
