The process started with an initial recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview. After that, there was a final interview loop with several focused conversations: a system design / technical aptitude interview, a team and values interview, a product collaboration / product sense interview, and an engineering management and leadership interview. The recruiter shared helpful prep material ahead of the final round, and the process felt well organized and transparent overall.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and well-organized, but what really stood out to me was the support I received from Kaitlin, my recruiter. She went above and beyond! She even took the time to schedule prep calls ahead of each stage to make sure I had the right context and information going in. It made a huge difference and left me with such a strong impression of the company and its culture. If the rest of the recruiting team operates anything like Kaitlin, they’re clearly doing something right. Also, special shoutout to the candidate hub she sent over, it was super helpful and hands down one of the best (and only) I’ve seen. 👏
