Interview session in 3 stages, with test in each session. Second session requires O&G economic and MS Excel knowledge. Third interview need to present about thier software. Quite tough for those outside of O&G field.

Multiple interviews over the course of a week where I had to be meeting with multiple employees. Interviews were conducted over the phone. Interviews were very laid back and didn't seem to have any prepared questions. Conversation focused on resume, the position and personal experience.
