      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Quotient nel mese di feb 2022

      Colloquio

      After applying for the job, I had a recruiter reach out for an initial phone interview. The first call was great and the recruiter got me excited for the next steps with speaking with three leaders on the CSM team. I then had to follow up three times with the recruiter to get a time and date scheduled, then they pushed me off to a separate recruiter to schedule. Should have seen the red flags there. After about a week of sitting around and waiting on a response, the second recruiter finally got me a time to speak with the three CSM leaders. I had fantastic conversations with them and was told that I would hear back within a week about the next steps. A week goes by, still no word. I followed up multiple times with both recruiters, still no word. What a waste of time. Don't even bother applying unless you want to get your hopes up and never hear a word back from them.

      Interview was pretty detailed. I had phone screen with the recruiter, and then came into the office for 4 back to back interviews with individuals across the organization. It was great to get to meet so many people that ended up being internal partners.

      3 interviews within 3 weeks. Friendly interviewers. 2 very straightforward and 1 more situation based. Overall positive experience. Was offered a position and accepted. Company had layoffs soon after but the layoff process was considerate.
