The assessments will gauge proficiency at a medium to hard difficulty level, assessing a candidate's expertise in key technologies and their problem-solving skills within a limited time frame.

The interview process was just bland, they showed me what their company was currently working on, told me they have got a lot more projects incoming so they are expanding. Had me take an IQ test and asked me to sign a one year bond on a salary that's way below average.
