Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Qvantel (New York, NY) nel mese di giu 2019
Colloquio
I got call through consultancy,
first round was coding round like hackerrank. Which was damn simple questions can complete in 20 mins.(choose java 7 only if they asks you) ..
Second round was technical , some frequent sample questions on spring,SQL,mockito,java8 functions. And TDD approach. Not much complicated but not too easy as well.
Third round was Managerial, where the delivery head explained his portfolio and where I need to work etc etc.. good conversation though.
Finally they said , HR will call and discuss about the package.
After 2 days HR asked to submit the necessary documents.. and Now comes the DRAMA...
HR never calls for any discussion and never respond to your e mail. And consultancy guys are checking status with me like you got call every time instead of approaching the QVANTEL HR.
Finally it's a time waste , and I saw it happens for many of the people in Glassdoor reviews.
Note; you need to work on scala if you're selected that's their intention and you must know basic java 8.
