It was in-person and a bit unnecessary since it was initial interview only. According to their rules, you need to write out your experience and info again in an application form. Anyway initial questions about your background and what you do, thats all and I felt it was a waste of time. The ambiance of the place didn’t help in easing my nerves (dimly lit, everybody’s quiet)
