Applied for a Technology Director position only to be lowballed by HR to go for an associate director role, which I was obviously grossly overqualified(15+ years in the industry with a track record working for one of the big 4 agencies). Very insulting process, especially given the HR rep had a diversity and inclusion certificate, but was tone deaf on what she was doing to a person of color. RGA please don't let this happen. You already are lacking diversity in your organization.
