Applied through vendor for Associate Director & HR Program Manager on 11 June 2024. Received basic screening call from R1 RCM Recruiter on 19 July 2024. The call lasted for 6 m. The recruiter asked basic questions like will you relocate to Noida, CTC. I have asked the recruiter to explain Job Description/ career roadmap as the vendor didn't have the JD.... reply I received from the recruiter is that she didn't have the job description. She will check and get back. Today after following up with the vendor, I got to know that my resume was rejected. No constructive feedback or update from the R1 RCM. A couple of My observations. 1. No Job description. 2. The recruiter needs to be prepared for the candidate's questions. 3. The timeline for Screening resumes is very high. 4. Candidate experience is zero. Needs a lot of improvement in the recruitment process. Overall Pathetic experience.
