First, I completed a phone screen with a recruiter, and an online personality test. Later that day I believe, I was contacted to come into the Operations office for an in person interview with the Branch Manager the next week. During, he made me feel very comfortable, like we were having a conversation as opposed to a formal and rehearsed interview. There were only a few questions, as once he told me he liked me and impressed him with an answer I don't think he felt the need to ask a bunch of questions for questions sake. I received, and accepted, an offer the next afternoon.
