Interviewer asked very few questions, was mostly interested if I had any questions for them, which was very odd to me. I did have questions, and shared many of my experiences of previous employment and projects in order to show myself as a proactive person. Interviewer was very interested, but did now ask any follow up questions.

HR Phoned calls to book an interview. Scheduled a meeting and meet up with the Engineering leaders and the president will pop in and get to know individual a bit.

The process was generally smooth. The interviewers (CEO and COO) talked and behaved respectfully and professionally. They gave a present (RAB Design products) at the end of the interview. This interview left me with a pretty good impression. I do not know the result yet.
