Very positive feeling, I was in a personal dilemma, the interviewer gave me very valuable feedback even though it meant choosing not to go to Rafarm at the moment. It seemed like they really care if your personality is a good fit for the team and not so much your experience in entry level positions at least.

The interview was done with two people at the same time, the HR director and QC manager. That was kind of weird since it was like taking two different interviews simultaneously. The QC manager elaborated on the job position while I was asked about my background. The HR director kept on asking general questions. It could have been a two or three step interview. However, in this way I got an offer way faster than I expected.
