Pretty standard panel with HR and a manager, seemed to go really well but I was ghosted after the interview with no follow up, even after I emailed my contact. Clearly no respect for applicants. Shows how you would be treated if hired.

The interview went smoothly and positively. I have followed up after two days but still no reply even though they mentioned there will be a second round. I believe more clear communication is required.
