I appeared for the interview in month of October 2018 at Mumbai. I was selected and was asked to arrange medical certificate and attestation of degree at my own cost. They promised to send approved offer letter once they will reach muscat. However the HR keep delaying the offer letter stating that some manager is on leave. They keep asking for the original certificates. I went on with the medical and attestation process and send the documents through international courier to the company. On receipt of the documents they send the offer letter changing all the conditions; they changed the offer to 1 year contract, removed family accommodation, and mentioned that they will keep passport and all my certificates in their possession once i reach muscat. Since i have already spent a lot of money i accepted their offer. After that they said they have applied for the visa. I kept following with them for months but every time they have new excuse, finally they were not able to obtain visa as they were not following ministry regulations. meanwhile the validity of medical certificate got expired and they said they cannot recruit me now. This was not the first time they have done it, previously also i have received calls from various consultants for this company. Since they are not able get visa they keep repeating this process on the candidate's money and time.
