Very thorough but asked very unique questions. They start with light questions to make the candidates comfortable. They also provide a brief about the role for the candidate to understand. They were really looking for a good fit for maintaining work culture as well as skill.

Behavioural involved questions on previous experience - pointing some of the points and asking to explain how this was achieved
