It was a good experience and the one thing I must say is that most of the questions were asked from the website and I found it very useful. Basic questions till scenario questions were asked and most of them were related to the work experience from the resume.

A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.

the interview is easy. 1st with HR, 2rd with a branch manager. Most questions are behaviour questions and experience related to customer services and sales. The interview is quite quick, just 15-20 minutes
