Candidates will be assigned to different groups, then groups will receive a different product that we need to recommend to the recruiters. The whole process will be group form and all of them focus on your teamwork skills. Candidates will need to change teammate in different activities to finish all 3 group tasks.

4 step process. First they review your application. Then they send you an online assessment to gauge your personality. This is followed by an Online one-way interview where you can record your responses. Finally, there's a panel interview with some other candidates present.

After resume screening , they sent you an online assessment to test your memory and evaluate your personality. After that, there was a video interview asking you behavior questions. Finally, there was a group interview with other candidates.
