Online application, then telephone interview by HR, then face to face interview with a Branch Manager. I was a Client Advisor at RBC already and it was an internal hiring, so it takes me about 1-2 months to finalize everything.
I interviewed with the HR and after this round there would a final round of in-person interview, which is with the branch manager. First round of interview is virtual, which takes about 20 minutes.
