The first thing one has to do is to take an exam on the required skills indicated in job description. You have very limited time to complete the test and you can rarely find such a free time slot to be focused on the test.
It was a pandas exercise. They sent the questions 30 mins before the interview and we did the interview after. It was very conversational and they provided guidance through it.
Interviewed at RBC.
Easy behavioural interview. Why do you want to work here, etc.
Technical Interview:
- Given a large file (10TB), how would you split it up (system design).
- Then python code it (multi-thread don't use spark)
